Description

A green urchin is almost lost amongst the starfish on this brittlestar bed. The tightly packed brittlestars present a visually complex subject while the urchin affords some suggestion of symmetry. The bright colours of the starfish arms, held aloft competing for food, are contrasted by the deep green of the sea loch beyond. ISO 500 F10 1/40sec
