Water Life
Iceland
Nikon Z6, Sigma 150-600
My wife and I visited Iceland recently, and during our time in the north of the island discovered there was a local (small) colony of harbour seals which could be seen from the coast. We headed down there one evening and found a couple of individuals lazing very close by. We kept as quiet as possible, but as other people walked by their curious nature perked them up. As this individual scratched, I capture this image of them covering their face, almost as if shyly hiding away their face.
