"Light Captured" was taken on a sunny summer day. I was walking around the garden and notices a wonderful spider net beside my compost bin. When I looked closer, I noticed that the sun was just at the right angle, reflecting off the net, highlighting an array of colours within the spider net that was moving in the wind ever so gently. This photo was taken freehand by me, which made it challenging as the wind was moving the net every so often, and I wanted to focus on a certain part of the net. Macro photography allows you to capture moments and images that the everyday eye rarely sees in as much detail. It also provides an insight of another fascinating cosmos that runs parallel alongside our lives - one which I am very much exited about and keen to share. Technical data: Date taken 07/08/2022 Nikon Z7II Focal length 105mm Shutter speed 10/12510s Aperture f/4.5 ISO 1250
