I was invited to a secret location which has a small population of glowworms. A species I never knew occurred in Scotland. Having never photographed in night conditions before I struggled with camera settings and other obstacles put in my way. It ended up taking a week of visiting every night and sitting for hours being eaten by midges to finally get the image I was after. It was definitely a frustrating, uncomfortable experience but worth it in the end.
