Description

A Buzzard launched upwards out of the reed bed to ambush this Barn Owl returning to its nest with its catch. The Buzzard's right talon is around the owl's legs and the other talon around the vole. As they spiraled to the ground who was going to win the tug of war ? I was privilaged to see to this unusual behaviour and capture the moment.
