Water Life
Chesil Beach, Dorset UK
Sony A7RIV, Sony 28-60 lens, nauticam wet wide lens and inon z330 strobes
The jellyfish had turned up at Chesil cove which meant snorkelling in amongst them to see what images I could get of them. I wanted a head on image of a compass jellyfish looking up at the surface. To make it a little more complicated I also wated to have the sun directly behind. After finding lots of jellies facing the wrong way or me being off on the angle. I found this jelly. I had to hold the camera underneath using the reflection off of the glass lens to see if I was lined up. I couldn't risk diving down to take the image. ISO:125 F-Stop:8 Exposure:1/160 sec
