Description
This remote Arctic landscape, quiet and picturesque, was briefly illuminated as sunlight pierced through fog and cloud. For a few fleeting seconds, the light revealed the contours, textures and patterns of a winter scene both isolated and dreamlike. To match the shifting light, I adjusted the settings to a shutter speed of 1/250 sec, ISO 100, and a fixed aperture of f/1.7.
