Description

My local fox has a set route around my garden in the evening which includes walking past my log pile. I set up my camera with an infrared trigger and three flash units to catch them as they went past on this particular evening. The flash by the camera was on very low 1/128th power, while the flash units in the distance were on 1/4 power to illuminate the bigger garden trees. The idea of illuminating the background is to give these evening shots more depth. Fortunately he turned up right on time and looked directly at the lens as his portrait was taken. iso2500. 24mm. f14. 1/200sec.
