Pallas’s long-tongued bats (Glossophaga soricina) appearing to queue up to collect a nectar-like sugar solution placed within a banana flower. The flower was held in a clamp and several flash guns positioned around on stands. They fired synchronously when a bat broke an infra-red beam. The camera was pre-focused on the flower and set to a long exposure burst mode. The species is listed as of Least Concern by the IUCN with a stable population.
