Description

As winter approaches a horse prepares itself for the harsh weather to come. Principally this is the production of a thick winter coat. As the winter progresses this coat becomes ever more matted into curls creating tracks to shed the rain from its back. In this image the curls flow around the hind quarter of this horse creating their own abstract composition.
