Recreating the Western painting “The Milkmaid” by Johannes Vermeer. Displaying the need for continuous social energy in modern society. A modern interpretation of changing milk to wine has become essential for social interaction. The IV bag is used as a metaphor for social energy and blood, and the maid pouring the wine expresses how energy is being consumed. The work is detailed down to the costumes and props.
