Description

Taken during the switching on of the Blackpool illuminations. An annual event that attracts thousands to the promenade each year. The best vantage point to capture the occasion being in the air with my drone. Having taken off prior to the countdown, I had my drone positioned to capture the moment the button was pressed and fireworks were launched. Marking the start of the 2023 illuminations season.
