This is part of a series called the Results of Devotion. In this I am capturing the things inadvertently created that indirectly show those devotions often amplified as they can be a result of 10s, 100s, or even 1000s of worshippers. This image is a detail of an oil drum that is used a brazier in Singapore to burn prayers and other items to send them to people's ancestors. What we see is the result of the heat of thousands of prayers on the drum. f/9, 1/125 sec, ISO 200
