Description

An earthen pot held by a young waiter walked towards us, as he placed it on our table he took out a fork and used percussion to magically pop open the pottery. Unique to Cappadocia, the Test Kebap really is eye catching as the flames engulf the pottery, revealing a steaming gravy that tastes as good as it looks.
