Sony A7RIV camera with Sony FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS lens

Description

It's rare that you get to shoot this wide in fashion, and I was excited by the possibility of making these beautiful steps at Menton a feature of the shoot. We shot at dawn because the steps face roughly Eastwards, so they face sunrise, but this also meant we were able to quickly get the shot without being in too many people's way. Needless to say, the models did get a few funny looks while carrying their brightly-coloured umbrellas. Shot at 1/200th of a sec at f/10, so make sure I had both models in focus.
