Description

Fireman Chris Smith turns over the sausages on his shovel on board the footplate of GWR locomotive No. 7820 'Dinmore Manor'. This was a tradition on steam locomotives and with the fire burning at a high celsius, the food was always cooked very quickly. These sausages took less than 10 minutes to cook! Doing things the proper way!
