Margate
Canon 5d mk4 and 16-35mm f/4 lens
This forgotten lido sits away from the hustle and bustle of Margate's main beaches, frequented only now by the odd dog walker and jogger, a far cry from the thriving seaside attraction it once was. Built one hundred years ago, its timeless beauty drew me instantly and I wanted to capture this once proud symbol of English coastal heritage as it stands today.
