Description

I visited an area of marshland where there was an abundance of marsh frogs which were attracting hungry grass snakes. Having witnessed several strikes resulting in lucky escapes for the frogs I was amazed to see 2 snakes fighting over one frog! An incredible moment to witness. Patience and being ready to react with my camera was key to getting the shot as the action was over very quickly.
