Description

I had travelled to the Lakes for my first hike after lockdown earlier this year. The weather was terrible but I needed to get out and it was a lovely wander on the fells but photographically a little disappointing. As I made my way back to the car and looked out over the Newlands Valley, I decided to spend some time experimenting and looking for different shots to my usual landsacpe fare. I decided to try and take a self-portrait - something that used the lines of the hills and that would set me in my environment. f5.6, 24mm, ISO 100, 1/200
