Description

I was on holiday on the Isle of Islay, exploring the windy roads from Port Ellen to Portnahaven. I jumped out of the car to get a quick snap of a donkey on the horizon. This donkey in particular was a very curious soul and took a shine to my camera, trotting over to investigate. He reached towards me, allowing me to capture his comical friendly face. I knelt down to capture the distortion of his long nose and face, focusing on his velvety nose, as I wanted to capture the texture of his nose in particular along with his warm expression. It was a touching moment. Settings: ISO 100 18-55 @ 18mm f/3.5 1/800s
