Description

Arriving in Costa Rica I stayed at a hotel which has a botanical garden -that night I decided to explore to see if I could find anything interesting - shining my torch around I saw this small snail traversing across a big leaf - when I put my head torch beneath the leaf I was delighted to find the glorious orange colour - I then used my off camera flash beneath the leaf for back-lighting the snail was moving quite fast and I just managed to catch him before he crossed the larger vein. Settings 1/200s, f/16, ISO 400
