Description

Whilst out photographing wildlife on my local patch, this Badger was out foraging in the open and by chance I spotted it! I carefully stalked it, lay on the ground with a beanbag support and took the shot just as the sunlight came out. A very personal moment for me and the Badger, looking into each other's eyes, truly special. My initial shutter actuation caught the Badgers attention and as it lifted his head I managed to get another shot before it resumed feeding. Then I left without disturbing it, a great way to finish such a memorable moment. Settings 1/1000 Sec at F5.6 ISO 1000
