Description

Hundreds of paratroopers from all over the world parachute from C-47 Dakotas into the poppy fields of Sannerville France on the 75th Anniversary of the D-Day landings - 6th June 1944. Sitting amongst the poppies I witnessed an incredible sight that the world will probably never witness again as Veterans from the Second World War gathered in various locations of Normandy to witness and honour those comrades who served and lost their lives.
