Self Portrait
The Kelpies, Falkirk, Scotland
Insta360 X5
This photo isn’t just a self-portrait — it’s a statement of place, purpose, and passion. I’ve spent years photographing the Kelpies from the outside, but during a charity climb, I finally had the chance to document the view from within. Suspended among the steel bones of this immense sculpture, I wanted to capture the physicality of my work and the connection I feel to Scotland’s modern landmarks. It’s not the most comfortable selfie I’ve ever taken, but it’s by far one of the most meaningful. Captured using an Insta360 X5.
