Description
Photographed for recipe book by acclaimed Vegan Pastry Chef Danielle Maupertuis. I created the ideas for all the photos in the book. Her cakes both savoury and sweet are not just amazing to look at but incredible to eat too! Cakes were to be the heroes in all the images. The theme for this one was a 'summer tea' (in a slightly un-conventional way) so I decided to shoot them on white plinths with a few summer flowers between, and to give a summer feel some hard lighting to look like sunlight.
