Description
An image which provides a totally different viewpoint of the Cinque Port town of Hastings. Steeped in history, I love the way this shows both the past and present of the town. The East Hill with the funicular railway and the cliffs which have stood tall over the town for thousands of years. The largest on beach fishing harbour in Europe is shown in it's full glory, as well as the wonderful old town. The February sunrise hues makes this one of my favourite pictures of my own home town.
