Self Portrait
Cerro Fitz Roy, Patagonia
Canon EOS R5, Canon 16-35mm f/2.8
Taken from a very unusual and high vantage point on one of the ridges spiralling out from the flanks of the majestic Cerro Rojo, this was a multi-image panoramic at the absolute peak of one of the most spectacular sunsets I've ever witnessed anywhere. Patagonia is known for its stunning light displays, but this was on another level, and I couldn't resist putting myself in the frame to give some sense of the wonder and scale of this moment.
