Description

Boxer Pup Moose on an adventure in the Welsh mountains. I was hoping that the clouds would clear from Tryfan mountain in the background to reveal the famous peak for a landscape shot but it stubbornly refused to move. There were a few sheep around while i waited that were catching Mooses attention. I used this distraction to create this image in a way that meant he wasnt looking directly into the camera but looking intently out into the valley as if surveying the land or hunting. The cloud in this case helped to seperate Moose from the background and create a feeling of being high up on a mountain. I considered removing the harness but I thought it added to the theme of mountain climbing.. and he suits blue!. The camera was hand held at 24mm F4.5 ISO 100 SS1/200. The lead attached was removed using photoshop.
