Mam Tor slopes, Hope Valley, Peak District
Sony a7R11, Zeiss Batis 85mm f1.8
A valley filled with September mist and the summit of Mam Tor was alive with people/photographers. I disappeared a few hundred metres below - a location/viewpoint I'd never been to before and I decided to shoot portrait using my tripod and remote release. As the mist swirled, ebbed and flowed I could stand back and watch the dancing light. At certain moments I was inspired to fire the shutter.
