Description

This image is a long standing favourite of mine, despite being really simple. It was shot to show off the golden crust of a brioche loaf in a simple summer recipe idea. Ice cream is synonymously difficult to work with, but I think that these scoops were at the perfect level of melt, with a few drips falling down the brioche, but the texture and 'pull' of the ice cream staying in tact. The ice cream scoop with the melted remnants finishes off this image perfectly for me.
