Description

I had the pleasure of going and photographing Manish, AKA the Salmon King, who runs his business from his beautifully landscaped garden in the heart of Hythe, one of my favourite seaside towns. He's an expert in Salmon and with Scottish roots brings the best to the town. While photographing the process of curing and smoking, I think this shot just reminds me of a work of art - the colours, contracts and passion - it's almost too good to eat! The best salmon I've tasted that's for sure!
