Description

The tower at the motorway services near Lancaster, formerly know as Forton Services, has been a landmark for anyone travelling along the M6 since it was built in the 1960's. I have driven past it many times and never taken a picture but in March this year I decided to make an effort to take an image of this architectural masterpiece. I have seen many images taken from the services themselves, but decided to try and find somewhere slightly different and capture a little of the Motorway motion as well.
