Description

I'd been wanting this shot for about 6 years. To get the heather in bloom on a crisp morning with a touch of mist and the cattle in amongst the heather it was one of those shots that has a huge element of luck. I chose to take it at a portrait orientation to show the layers of detail and interest through the image.
