Earlier this year I felt like I had a moment where I was missing some sort of direction. I had just completed a dream shoot and the come down from that was hard, and without any particularly exciting work approaching my creative mind began to feel displaced. During a lonesome session, just doing general practice, playing with my lights, it quickly became my own personal photo shoot. With a single long exposure I fired the flash twice to capture my movement. During the edit I decided to edit to black and white, choosing a relatively flat tone to the image. In hindsight, throughout this whole unintentional process I think I've accidentally captured myself as how I was feeling at that time.
