Description

I think this one was the first successful butterfly photography walk so far this year. After a very cold spring butterfly season was delayed at least two weeks. I was so happy to see these first freshly hatched male common blues stablishing and conquering their territories. The wildflower meadow was in full bloom, carpeted with buttercups. I tried to make the most of it when I was photographing the butterfly, using other wildflowers to add some other colours to the frame.
