Shooting on location always has its challenges, especially when you want to keep it fresh and simple but when it happens to be my favourite type of food - asian street food - things got exciting. By using a combination of hard flash and bold backdrops - the textures and colours of this dish act as a mirror of the vibrant flavours and aromas of Asian cuisine. Settings - 1/200 - f/2.8 - ISO100
