Description

The National Monument of Scotland on Calton Hill is a regular location for lighting installations these days. Towards the end of 2022 it was the backdrop for the Farnesina Digital Art Experience, a digital art videomapping show organised by the Italian Institute of Culture and the Consulate General of Italy in Edinburgh to showcase Italy's innovations in art and culture, and its Scottish links. I caught the Scottish element of the show, and a brief rain shower definitely added to the atmosphere of the image before my lens got soaked.
