Description

I had visited Heron Island a couple of times to watch the hatching of baby turtles and witnessed first hand the sheer momentous struggle of survival these turtles, freshly hatched went through, from avoiding crabs, holes, gulls and the waiting mouths of hungry sharks. This particular baby turtle managed to get a lucky escape from a gulls mouth at the last minute.
