Back in April 2019, Honest Burgers collaborated with chicken connoisseurs Mother Clucker, serving up their New Orleans fried chicken in an Honest burger. Founded by Ross (‘the ginger one’) and Brittney (‘the New Orleans one’) in 2013, Mother Clucker is the original, independent fried chicken food truck in London. Alex (‘the saucy one’) joined shortly after. This special uses their free-range NOLA fried chicken, as well as their homemade pepper sauce, together with bacon, double American cheese lime mayo and pickles.
