This pork liver pate was shot in Oxford, with a Nikon D5100 with 50mm f1.4 lens. Camera Settings: f/14, 1/60 sec, ISO-100. Natural Light. We broke the rules by using a hard light that gave us long hard shadows. We thought that it matched the depth of flavours of our dish.
