I love to create fun moments with my wedding photography. This was the 1st time I had tried this type of photograph. I lay on my back on the grass and instructed the groomsmen to bring the groom over me. He was literally lying on their arms facing me eye to eye. The boys had their instructions and as you can imaging were keen to throw him but I explained it was a fun shot but had to be taking seriously for safety. After the 1st photo at a wide aperture etc I knew I was gonna have to close down the aperture to get tack sharp focus on the Groom which was complicated due to the movement plus arms flying about in the shot which occasionally grabbed the focus. I set the camera to 1/400, F14, ISO 1600 to create enough depth across the groomsmen and the groom in the air. I took around 10 photos trying to get the shot where their arms weren't over the grooms body as I wanted him isolated. 1/400 | F14 | ISO1600 @ 14mm
