Scoresbysund, Greenland.

Opal, a traditional two masted oak sailing schooner operated by North Sailing passes behind a titanic iceberg just off the East coast of Greenland in the Scoresbysund fjord system. Sailing aboard Hildur, the sister ship of Opal we discovered this beautiful ice formation whilst returning to Constable Point. The two ships spent some time circumnavigating the formation allowing us to capture each other through the perfect blue hued arch. No two icebergs are alike and despite spending some considerable time in the arctic I've never witnessed such a beautiful formation again. Exif: 70-200mm at 70mm, ISO 100, 1/160s at f/2.8.
