sixpenny handley, Dorset
canon 5D Mark IV, lens 70-200, F-16 iso 200
During the summer months i love to travel around in search of the best of british scenes, this year i was driving through sixpenny handley when i spotted a beautiful poppy field. poppies are one of my favourite wild flowers as they come with so much of our countries history and are such a bold symbol. i was very lucky that just as i arrived the light was hitting the back fields which created a balance of colours against the powerful red. i shot this image with my canon 5D Mark IV settings F-16 ISO 200
