Description

This young boy was naturally bored during the ceremony of a wedding I was photographing. He was of course very well behaved, just very bored :) I shoot a wedding once every few months, to me every one is an awesome adventure in documenting those moments nobody else attending would otherwise have seen. To share those moments with people and to be moved by them months/years down the line. I always use a 35mm 1.4 or 85mm 1.4 lens for these type of portraits. I love the intimacy that a 35mm lens creates, and the unique isolation that only an 85 gives. I find I'm at my most creative with these lenses. This shot was taken at f/1.8 with an ISO of 1600 and shutter at 1/250s using a Canon 5D Mark 3.
