Description

A universal tactic to fend off heat during heat waves are ice lollies. During a particularly long and hot heat wave in 2018, I came across this family resting on one of the busiest high streets in Manchester. What caught my eye was that all the children, as well as the parents, were enjoying ice cold refreshments in the coolness of the shade. I believe I also immediately went to get one.
